Refund Policy

At Car Seat Belt extension, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Adjustable Vehicle Seat Belt Extension. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days from the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are visibly used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of the return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@carseatbeltextension.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund, as you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- For hygiene reasons, any product that comes into direct contact with the body and has been opened or used, unless defective.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective Adjustable Vehicle Seat Belt Extension, please contact us immediately at support@carseatbeltextension.com within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
8. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as per section 7). If you need to exchange an item for a different reason (e.g., wrong size ordered, though our product is universal fit), please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The standard return policy (including return shipping costs) will apply to the original item.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
