1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
4. International Shipping
- Carriers: International orders are shipped via various carriers, often utilizing local postal services upon arrival in the destination country.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Car Seat Belt extension is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (e.g., operational delays, lost packages by carrier).
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Customs processing delays for international shipments.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@carseatbeltextension.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photographic evidence of damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
